Here’s another wellness blend I made for a friend to address insomnia, digestive issues, and weight gain. She says she really enjoyed it and has gotten positive results. She is also very sensitive to smells so I used oils that I thought would be agreeable. I mixed Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) x 5, Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) x 4, and Ginger (Zingiber officinale) x 3 with 1oz total of Sesame, Safflower, and Evening Primrose carrier oils. All three essential oils are known to be analgesics, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants, antispasmodic, digestive aids, and relaxing.
